Performance Policies

BOX OFFICE  Tickets may be purchased online, in person, or by phone. Our theatre address is 239 North Third Avenue in historic downtown Sturgeon Bay. Our phone number is 920-743-1760.

Our daytime box office is located across the street from the theatre at 234 N. Third Ave. Regular box office hours are Tuesday–Friday, Noon-5PM, and on performance days an hour before show time. SEATING POLICIES

All tickets purchased in our Main Stage and Studio Theatre spaces are for general admission only. If you require a reserved seat for any special rea- son, please call the box office and we will do our best to accommodate you. Handicap seating is available for all performances. Unless otherwise stated, children under the age of six are not permitted in Studio Theatre productions.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure the enjoyment of our patrons who arrive on time and in deference to our performers, guests arriving late will not be seated until there is a suitable pause in the performance. If you must leave the theatre during the performance, please do so quietly. Re-entry while the performance is in progress is at the discretion of the House Manager.

TAP TICKET POLICY

Tickets are only reserved with payment. All ticket prices include fees and sales tax unless otherwise stated. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

All ticket sales are final unless a performance is canceled.
